How do the prices shown include on your web site?          

When you arrive onto a page showing the product you are interested in purchasing, each product has a clear and easy to read price box showing Quantity on the top and the Price underneath it. On this page you can clearly see the product cost for different supply quantities. Under each product item will be a description of the branding method for that product. For example “price includes a one colour print one side” OR “price includes engraving” All prices include decoration (branding) If your logo has multiple colours, then go to the ADDITIONAL INFORMATION tab which shows the additional print costs.

Do you provide an official quote?

Yes – We provide an official quote with every order or enquiry. The quote is valid for 30 days from the date emailed to you. When you have approved the quote, an invoice will be generated and sent to you along with the art approval for payment and approval of the art layout. Orders are only placed into production after cleared funds have been received.

Can I get more than one colour, one side printed on my choice of product?
If the product allows then yes. On each page there is an ADDITOINAL INFORMATION tab – the additional print prices and positions, if you want more than one colour or one positon printed is listed there. Any doubts then call or email us for a quote (along with a copy of your logo)

Are samples of the products available?
Yes they are – some come from our factory in China, some are kept locally. There is a cost involved for all samples except Lanyards/Wristbands/USB’s and Sports Medals. Samples are charged at the end column rate (the cheapest price on the price box) plus freight at cost and GST. If you are unsure about a product, it is advised that you order a sample. Samples are non- returnable and non- refundable.

I only have a Jpeg /Bitmap / GIF file can you use these as art files?
Yes, but they will need to be redrawn to print ready quality. For a high quality print onto your chosen product, we require the art file to be created and saved in Illustrator converted to Curves (Outlines) otherwise we are unable to use it. If you do not have access to such a file we can have your version redrawn at a cost of $30.

What size will the print be?
We will print to the maximum size that each product allows without making your logo distorted or you message look ridiculous.  Our graphic artists with create the layout to make a decoration ‘best fit’ on your chosen item.  As part of the order process you are given a proof to show exactly what size your logo will be. Of course after receiving your proof you can still adjust the size prior to signing off and going into production. We will not begin production without your approval.

Where are you based?
We are based in Sydney, but we ship Nationally every day to anywhere in Australia. We are an Australian owned company.

What is your delivery time frame?
Most products are 2 weeks production time plus delivery time to your area. If the product is customised to your specific shape, production time can be up to 4 weeks plus delivery. If you require your printed product sooner, please contact us to see what we can do to push your order through the system faster.

Can I get a printed sample of the product I’ve ordered?
This is possible, but very expensive. Printing an individual sample is costly and requires the print machine to set up for just one print. A set up applies along with the price of the product, plus a minimum print charge, freight and GST. None of these costs are refundable if you decide to go ahead with the final production run – they are additional costs. We will provide each order with a layout on how the art will look on a line drawing of the product ordered. The artwork layout you approve is what will be printed – so please read it very carefully.

How long does freight take and what is the cost?
Supreme Products is based in Sydney, but our supply chain is National. Depending on your final destination and quantity, all effects the freight price and timeframe. We charge freight at cost and use professional couriers. If your destination is very rural, sometimes Australia Post is used. Generally speaking, most freight is between $20-$30 but a consignment of 500 drink bottles which is very bulky going to Perth will fall outside of this rate. Each order or enquiry we receive will have an official quote provided which will show freight, so no nasty surprises for you at the last minute. You will know all of your costs prior to us commencing production.

How do I order and what happens then?
Ordering is easy – please refer to our “How To Order” tab on each page. The process is very simple and we’re always here to help you through the process anyway.

Do you price match?        

Absolutely we do, as long as the items are identical we will better your quoted price.

Is decoration of my logo or message included in the price?
Yes, all of our prices include decoration in one colour, to one side of the product (also known as Printing/Engraving/Branding/Decoration) Prices do not include GST/Freight or Set up.

Can I get smaller quantities than listed in the price box?
On most items, yes you can. However we’ve set the minimums to be the most cost effective. If you choose to come below these, the price can be very expensive (even if the supplier of that particular product allows it) We suggest you stay with our minimums which are the lowest in the marketplace anyway. Many promotional companies will set their minimums higher to force you to buy more – we do not do this.

Do you ship overseas?
We can arrange your order to be sent to your Australian freight forwarder. We cannot directly export to overseas.

Do you have a sales representative on the road?
Supreme Products is a purely online company with Australia’s lowest pricing, so we do not have reps that can come and visit. We prefer to keep our prices to you as low as possible.

What payment methods do you accept?      

We accept direct deposit/cheque/Mastercard/Visa or Pay Pal
